Hashtags have been used since the inception of social media and are key to getting clicks and views. There are many examples of great use of hashtags by companies in advertising that are great examples of exactly the power of hashtags.

  • Hashtags will instantly link your post to thousands of posts of the same topic.

  • Likeminded people will see your post if they search your hashtag, adding reach to your post.

  • Picking a hashtag that fits your brand and stick with it as thing hashtag will become associated with your brand.

Act 3: Organize and Schedule

It can be overwhelming managing multiple social media accounts at once, so learning how to schedule and organize posts is essential. To mitigate this and be successful, scheduling posts and organizing posting schedules is essential.

  • Apps such as Sendible allow for the scheduling of posts across all social media platforms and congregate all posts into one spot.

  • Scheduling posts will make posting more simpler and more feasible for new marketers.

Undoubtedly Social Media Marketing can be overwhelming at first, especially for a beginner. Following these tips can help keep it simple. Understanding that not every platform needs to be a home run right away will help Daniel create a good base as he starts to grow a brand. Using hashtags is a small tip that can greatly help boost Daniel's reach as he begins to build a brand. Daniel can also use Social Media managing sites to help streamline his posting process.
