1. Learn from the strongest

2. Survey your customers

It's worth noting that different social platforms have different demographics. They are not only reflected in gender and age, but also in income and disposable spending. Different age groups like different things, so you need to find out their approximate age. Rather, TikTok and Instagram users are mostly young, while Facebook and YouTube users are mostly middle-aged. At the same time, due to the difference in income and disposable expenditure, the price range of products that users of different platforms can accept will not be the same. Therefore, it is particularly important to push different products for different platforms.

3. Be Consistent

Consistency here means that the interval between posts should be roughly the same. Don't do a lot of posts one day and not a single post the following week. As explained by Sarah. It should be noted that on different social platforms, user activity is not the same, it may be possible to receive 1,000 comments in 3 days on TikTok, but it cannot reach 1,000 comments on YouTube even after 7 days. The most important thing is to ensure that each platform is continuously updated, although the frequency of updates may vary.

4. Go Deep, Instead of Broad

According to Cindy, it is always better to be a master of one channel than to be an ordinary person of many channels. Customers need a guru who is particularly prominent in this field to give them unique insights, nuances and advice about a particular product. Some companies hope to show their talents in multiple fields, and the result is often struggling and painful in many fields. Therefore, it is necessary to be in-depth in one field, rather than choose a very broad field.

5. Focus on Interacting

The most important thing in focusing on interaction with customers is to provide timely feedback with customers and to provide high-quality feedback. Timely feedback if the requirement is to answer customer questions and problems as quickly as possible. It may be difficult to give immediate feedback to customers, but it is also possible to shorten the waiting time of customers as much as possible, so that customers do not receive feedback and interaction after waiting for several days. And high-quality feedback means that the words answered to the customer must be able to solve the customer's problem rather than empty words that are useless.
